Pass49e is a anthology of eight peculiar short animations, based on eight 49-character stories posted on “monogatary.com,” Japanese story entertainment platform by Sony Music Entertainment(Japan).
Each animation is created by promising young animation artists in Japan.
In addition to this, we emphasize not only the content but also the form and technique, so each animation is created in various techniques, watercolors, oil paintings, puppets…and so on.
Because of this, in this project, you can see the individuality of eight young and aspiring artists.
